About the product
What is Orgman?
Orgman is an organization management app. It brings tasks and projects, messaging, departments and employees, absences, a visitor register, reports and files into one place, so the team always knows who is doing what and by when. It is built by MagnetDev.
Who is Orgman for?
Organizations with departments and clear responsibilities: public administration, manufacturing and industry, and service companies with several departments. Orgman began as a task manager for a municipal administration.
Can work be assigned to people without an account?
Yes. Employees in the register, contractor staff, whole departments and external companies can all be assigned tasks. People without accounts never sign in or receive notifications, but their workload shows up in reports and their absences can be recorded.
Can we use our own words instead of "task"?
Yes. During setup we name the core terms the way your organization does, in Bosnian and English — for example "work order" instead of "task" and "facility" instead of "list".
Which languages does Orgman support?
Bosnian and English. The organization has a default language, and every user can choose their own.
Is there a mobile app?
Orgman installs on a phone, tablet or computer straight from the browser, with no app store involved. The installed app receives push notifications and carries your organization's icon.

How do we get access?
Orgman is available on request. Tell us about your organization; we will arrange a demo, send a quote and set up your environment.
How much does Orgman cost?
There are no fixed tiers. The price depends on the size of your organization, the modules you use and the onboarding help you need. We prepare a quote after a short conversation.
Do we pay for staff who don't sign in?
No. Employees and contractor staff without an account don't take up a paid seat, yet they can still be assigned work and have absences recorded.
Do you help with setup?
Yes. We set up your organization's environment, department structure, roles and terminology, and help you import employees and contractors.
Can we import our existing list of employees?
Yes. You can paste employees and contractor staff from Excel or CSV, and invite users with a list of email addresses.
Security and data
Who can see our tasks?
You choose for each task: the whole organization sees a public task, only the assignees and the people and departments it is shared with see a shared one, and only the creator sees a private one — plus administrators, if you allow it. Nobody outside your organization sees them.
How do we sign in? Is there two-factor authentication?
Sign-in runs through Clerk, with an email address and password. Every user can turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app and backup codes, and review and end their active sessions.
What happens when someone leaves?
An administrator deactivates their account and their access ends immediately. Their tasks, comments and history are kept.
Where is our data hosted?
Orgman is a hosted service: the app is served through Cloudflare's network and data is stored in Convex, a managed cloud database. For details about hosting and data processing for your organization, write to us.
Integrations and automation
Which tools does Orgman connect to?
GitHub, where pull requests and commits link to tasks automatically, and email for notifications. If you use other systems, tell us — we discuss them during setup.
Can we automate Orgman?
Yes, through the Orgman CLI: a terminal tool for working with tasks, with stable JSON output for scripts and a skill for AI agents. It follows the same visibility and permission rules as the app.
