Tasks that show who is doing what, and by when

Plan work in lists, follow it in four views and keep every decision on the task itself — from the first comment to the final status.

What you can do

Four views, custom statuses and types, planned and actual dates, subtasks, templates and a full history.

  • Four views

List, kanban, calendar and table over the same tasks. Switch with one click; your filters stay.

  • Statuses with meaning

Name statuses the way your teams do and give each one a meaning — planned, in progress, paused, done — so reports understand them too.

  • Task types and custom fields

Define types for different kinds of work, each with an icon and its own fields: text, numbers, dates, lists, people, departments and more.

  • Planned and actual

Plan a start and an end, then record when the work really happened. The difference shows up in reports.

  • Subtasks and dependencies

Break work into subtasks and mark what blocks what, what a task is waiting on and what is related.

  • Templates

Organization templates for recurring work, plus personal templates for every user.

  • Comments and mentions

Discuss work in comments with replies, mentions, reactions and attachments.

  • Full history

Every change is recorded on the task, so you always know who changed what and when.

  • Find anything fast

Task codes, favorites, saved filters pinned to the sidebar and a command palette.

Assign work to everyone involved

A task can go to a user, a department, an employee without an account, a contractor's worker or a whole external company. People without accounts are tracked as workload — they never need to sign in.

  • Users, departments, employees, contractors and companies
  • One or several assignees per task
  • Workload hours per assignee in reports

Lists, iterations and your own words

Organize tasks in nested lists, or run a list in iterations that carry unfinished work into the next one. If your teams say "work order" and "facility" instead of "task" and "list", we set Orgman up to say the same.

  • Nested lists in your order
  • Iterative lists that carry unfinished work over
  • Your organization's terms, in both languages

Work together in real time

See who else is looking at a task and edit its description together. Subscribers are notified of changes, and reminders keep an eye on due dates.
